EUROFACTOR HISPANIA, S.A., is the only factoring company in Spain without a collateral banking network. It ranks first in the international factoring market, and has been the first company to receive, with the collaboration of DAVINCI, AENOR Certification for Regulation UNE 71502.

Regulation UNE 71502 (ISO 17799-2) lists the requisites needed to design, establish, document, and evaluate a security of information management system in due accordance with the needs of a particular organization, regardless of type, size or area of activity.

AENOR is encouraging companies to become certified under UNE 71502 Regulation (currently in a trial period), to improve quality and competition in all industrial and service-providing companies. Coordinating the activities of the information system facilitates the systematization thereof, ensuring a willingness and a commitment on the part of these companies to comply with current legislation.

EUROFACTOR HISPANIA has successfully completed its first audit in Spain on a security of information management system. The readiness with which the project was tackled allowed us to complete this process the same month in which the regulation was published. This entailed a great effort on the part of the company and in particular from those directly involved in setting up this system. In the area of risk analysis, the company placed particular emphasis on the most important and urgent issues concerning the security of information.

DAVINCI consultants have been working alongside an EUROFACTOR Hispania team to set up and evaluate the security of information management system in due accordance with UNE Regulation to obtain said certification.
